The expression “Asian century” has been around for almost a century now but it has been massively dislocated and steered in direction of China. But what about the rest of Asia which is now younger, growing faster, more dynamic and likely to getting more foreign investment than China? What about the poor rural population when it seems like cities are the foundational building blocks upon which all economical growth should be constructed?
